Important Information
The SunOps Knowledge Base is only accessible to FTC Solar employees, SunOps customers, and other authorized users. If you are one of these users, you will be able to access the SunOps Knowledge Base after logging
At this time, you will need to create a Freshdesk account to access the knowledge base. This is separate from your SunOps log in credentials.
Creating a Freshdesk account
- Press the SIGN UP button in the upper right corner
- Enter your Full name and email. IMPORTANT: this must be your work email address so that we can identify as an authorized user.
- Verify your account from the verification email and create a password for your Freshdesk account.
